The right candidate would be highly compensated and be a crucial member to grow a small firm.
An experienced Tax Accountant, would possess the following qualities and credentials:
* 2+ years of experience in public accounting (preffered) or prior internship at a tax firm
* Strong/ advanced excel knowledge is a must
* Preparation & reviewing trust, corporate and personal tax returns
* Research tax subjects
* CPA not required but a plus
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Experience with Ultra Tax software and CCH ProSystems software a plus
* Willingness to learn and grow and take initiatives
