*Job Summary:*
Responsible for all financial and accounting activity at the multi-location Naturallyou practice and Private Family Estate.
Duties include maintaining financial records for the practice and family.
Which includes payable, payroll, budget, expense allocations, and reconciliation of checking and savings accounts.
In addition, prepares monthly financial statements and reviews same with director and spouse.
Maintains financial records for the practice including posting invoices daily, making daily deposits, keeping track of all incoming bills.
Prepares and forwards disbursements for approval by administrator.
Works with administrator to review problem accounts and identify necessary action to be taken.
The Family Accountant is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting within the family.
Obligations include developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements for the family.
This position requires a stellar and trustworthy individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for adhering to strict confidentiality, deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, and the support of other family tasks.
*Education and Experience:*
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong computer background.
Required tax experience
