successful business owner with retail liquor store / Residential landlord looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to Personal Assistant / Bookkeeper.

In this role, you will provide support as personal assistant / book keeper assist with various admin work must has strong clerical skills, is proficient in data entry, and has a keen eye for accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting financial transactions into the system
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments answering phone calls
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading, and organizing documents
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role is a plus
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and calendar management
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
