The Greenwich Water Club is located in Cos Cob, CT.
Individually owned, the private club was founded in 2006.
Member families enjoy a variety of amenities, including squash, 3 outdoor pools, 250 boat slips, club boats, fitness center, youth programs, social events, fitness and yoga classes
* Post and deposit daily deposits.
* Prepare and send monthly statements
* Set up billing in accounting system for membership fees, locker and minimum.
* Reconcile member minimum account and credit card bank account.
* Billing other charges- i.
e.
squash lessons, golf simulator, fuel, work orders.
* Assist Member Services in researching and answering member’s billing questions.
* Monthly processing of credit card payments for member accounts.
* Slip and Storage Billing
* Complete all other duties or special projects assigned by Controller.
*Qualifications*
* Two years of accounts receivable and general accounting experience.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially working with Excel.
* Ability to work independently.
* Northstar and private club experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
00 - $72,000.
