Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will lead all accounts receivable and collection processes at Anatomy IT.
This role will report to the Controller and have exposure to key members of the operational leadership teams.

You will also:
You will monitor and track overdue accounts
You will initiate collections activities; work with clients to settle discrepancies in past due amount and billing inquiries
Work to identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with cross functional Account Managers and other management
You will prepare weekly analysis of aging report indicating all unpaid invoice balances and tracks status of collections efforts in an organized matter
Prepare and send regular payment reminders and account statements to clients
Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions
Create, maintain and reconcile client service agreements
Generate and submit invoices to customers
Assist in reconciling revenue accounts monthly
Contribute to annual audit
Perform other duties assigned by management
EDUCATION & EXPERTISE:

We look for you to also bring:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
Minimum 1–3 years of related accounting experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
Knowledge of ConnectWise a plus
Impeccable integrity; words and actions must continually reinforce this characteristic
Setting high performance standards
Commitment and passion around serving internal and external customers
Exceptional communication skills; experience in effectively interacting with senior executives and line management at all levels.
Credible, persuasive, and clear in both oral and written presentations.
