If you spent your summers at camp when you were younger or if you always wanted to spend time in a camp setting where you can learn, grow and have fun and help younger students have fun and learn to be more comfortable with who they are, we want to speak with you about our summer opportunities.
We are specifically looking for current _*High School Seniors & College Students*_ who have great energy and enthusiasm, want to spend the summer working outside, have experience being thoughtful, responsible leaders among their peers; and are kind, caring, compassionate and sensitive to the needs of children.
*Join Our Staff team as Group Counselors and Lifeguards and you will:*
* Learn how manage and facilitate children in a larger group setting
* Begin to find your voice as a leader and as a teacher
* Have an opportunity to be creative and have fun
* Have a direct impact on the children you meet and care for and on our camp community
*We pay for Lifeguard Training*
* Multiple dates for LGT classes offered at camp in June
* We cover the cost of your training
*Daily Lunch & Transportation Provided, Extra Salary for Van Supervisors*
We offer transportation to staff coming from Manhattan, Brooklyn, Hoboken, Bergen County and Westchester.
Extra salary provided for staff members who supervise the van ride to and from camp.
*Camp Dates:*
* 2024 Camp Dates: Thursday, June 27th to Thursday, August 22nd
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
* 3 days of pre-camp training in June
