Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team.
As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting vehicles to designated locations.

Duties
* Operate a towing vehicle to move cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, RVs or other vehicles to a secure location, such as a storage facility
* Recover the property and move it to a predetermined location
* Report the reclaimed property to proper authorities, such as the police, according to local, state and federal laws
* Complete all necessary paperwork, such as a condition or inventory report, for the debt collection agency or lender.
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs
* Perform basic automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed
* Maintain accurate records of all services provided
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics
- Familiarity with tow truck operations and equipment, including flatbeds
- Proficient in load and unload techniques for various types of vehicles
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
