*Radiology Supervisor – New Rochelle, NY* *Position – *Full Time *Shift - *Night *All Standard Benefits are covered * *Job Summary * The Inpatient Radiology Supervisor works under the direct supervision of the Radiology Technical manager and oversees the technical functions and day to day activities of the Radiology Department to ensure efficient and effective operations and quality patient care.
*Roles & Responsibilities* * Coordinates resources and staff to ensure efficient, safe, and quality patient care activity.
* Communicates and ensures compliance with institutional/departmental policies and procedures, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
* Manages staff schedules and collaborates with direct reports to ensure all modalities have proper staff coverage across all shifts.
* Prioritizes overall activities and assigns/delegates work to meet workload requirements; anticipates impact of special/emergency requests and needs and implements plans to meet daily expectations.
* Direct management of 25+ FTE’s.
*Requirements * * Graduate of an allied health education and accredited radiography school or hospital-based program * NY State DOH Licensure or Limited Permit * ARRT registered (RT) and radiograph (R) * BLS certification through the (AHA) American Heart Association * Previous lead or supervisory experience is required Job Type: Full-time Salary: $97,000.
