In 2001, when I was playing a lot, I spent an entire day at Guitar Center in Larchmont (long since closed), in the acoustic room, evaluating every acoustic under $500.
I passed on a number of guitars that "should" have sounded and played better, and bought this one.
I later had a bone nut and saddle installed (by luthier Jim DeCava).
It's a very nice guitar, and I was planning to keep it forever.
But hand injuries limit my playing, and I have several custom guitars and a Martin that was gift from a dear friend.
So thinning the herd means this one goes.
I believe these were over $500 a few years later, but it looks like the model is not in the current lineup.

I would say near perfect condition.

I see them used listing for a wide range of prices, up to $399 (which honestly, would be a tremendous deal if as nice as this one).
I just put strings on it, come play it.
It's a steal at this price, I promise you.
