4 year old German shepherd needs home (Hawthorne)

He is 4 years old, has all his shots, redid rabies shot also, he's a good boy found tied to friends FDNY station house door.
I've had him 2 years having surgery on back, I can give him love but not the rest like walks and stuff.
He is traditional Carmel colored, straight legs so don't have to worry about hip problems.
Does basic sit lay and paw commands.
Needs fenced in yard over and\or leed, he likes to explore, I have him on 30 foot leed tied to my deck, he sleeps inside on one of many dog beds or sneaking up on my bed.
