Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced phone sales expert to join our team in the credit card processing industry.
As a vital member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, pitching over the phone with businesses looking for credit card processing solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in phone sales, particularly within the financial services or merchant services sector.
Responsibilities:
* Inbound Calling:\*\* Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and warm leads expressing interest in our products or services.
* Initiate outbound calls to follow up with warm leads, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored information.
* Product/Service Expertise:\*\* Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services to articulate their features, benefits, and value proposition clearly.
* Stay updated on any new offerings, features, or improvements to present a compelling case to warm leads.
* Relationship Building:\*\* Build and maintain positive relationships with warm leads by actively listening to their requirements and addressing any concerns.
* Provide personalized and relevant information to nurture the lead's interest and build confidence in our offerings.
* Objection Handling:\*\* Identify potential objections and concerns, addressing them with empathy and providing solutions or additional information.
* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our offerings to overcome objections and guide warm leads towards a positive decision.
* Record Keeping:\*\* Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with warm leads in the CRM system.
* Document key information, preferences, and any feedback to enhance future interactions and tailor communication effectively.
* Collaboration:\*\* - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategies for warm lead engagement.
* Provide insights and feedback on the effectiveness of communication strategies and potential areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, with a focus on warm lead engagement.
* Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
* Ability to quickly build rapport and establish a positive connection with warm leads.
* Familiarity with CRM software for efficient lead management.
* Goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Self-motivated and able to adapt to evolving product/service information.
