Business Development Coordinator – Audi New Rochelle
Audi New Rochelle is seeking a top performer in Sales to join our team as a BDC coordinator.
In this role, you will be expected to generate appointments for new and existing customers through a variety of mediums, including telephone, internet leads and customer retention contact,.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the various products and services that Audi New Rochelle offers
- Develop and manage sales pipeline through followup on all digital and customer rentention leaads
- Contact and engage with potential customers, develop relationships to generate appointments for the sales dept
- Utilize our CRM tools to log, followup and schedule appoitments
- Develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase sales leads
- Track and report on sales goals and results

Requirements
- At least two years of sales experience, in the automotive industry
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Outstanding communication skills: verbal and written
- Proficient in CDK and CRM software
