We’re seeking a Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of communications plans that elevate and advance the visibility of the Foundation, its programs and impact - ultimately enhancing and advancing PepsiCo’s corporate reputation.
This role will identify compelling ways to communicate how the Foundation’s mission and investments benefit society overall and local communities around the world.
This team member will increase awareness of Foundation programs locally and globally through innovative approaches, strong insights on our various stakeholder audiences, all laddering up to our PepsiCo Positive ambition and goals.
To succeed, the candidate will be a creative, strategic communicator with demonstrated experience leading breakthrough communications across the evolving earned, paid and owned media landscape and all mediums including print, broadcast and digital.
This role will operate in a highly collaborative way with Foundation team members, nonprofit partners, grantees, public policy/government affairs, and corporate and brand communications.
This role can be located in any of our HQ offices Responsibilities: Lead the development of 360-degree strategic communications plans and lead day-to-day execution of cross-channel Foundation thought leadership communications activities.
This includes the PepsiCo Foundation Annual Impact Report, biannual internal/external global newsletters and the Changemakers video series.
Lead the development of the amplification of thought leadership efforts across paid, earned, shared and owned channels.
Lead the development and oversee the implementation of a PepsiCo Foundation Brank Book comprised of standard messaging, fact sheets and visual identity across channels.
Ensure that all public-facing communications – including various websites/pages, social media and editorial content - adhere to the global brand book.

Lead the development and execution of an “outside in” employee communications strategy.
Collaborate with Global Employee Engagement team on internal communications to amplify Foundation engagement programming.
Lead/oversee the creation of measurement and evaluation tools and reports to analyze program performance in measures beyond impressions; provide performance insights to enhance communications, and merchandise Communications & Engagement results to key stakeholders internally on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Lead the reviews of Foundation communications materials including press releases, speeches, executive quotes, fact sheets, talking points, presentations, op-eds, videos, infographics, and internal communications.
Provide communications counsel to Brands with Purpose efforts and partnership between the PepsiCo Foundation and the business/brands globally.
Collaborate with Global Communications/Corporate Affairs on Foundation inclusions and storytelling within broader PepsiCo corporate narratives, reports and communications Partner with the Foundation Strategy & Partnerships leads on amplification of Foundation partnerships and sponsorships.
Support Senior Director on collaboration with global Corporate Affairs colleagues on local external communications/amplification of PepsiCo Foundation grants, including disaster relief support.
Serve as cross-functional support to Food for Good social enterprise team, raising visibility of their efforts with associates, partners, stakeholders, and customers.
This includes overseeing all public facing written and visual content, defining ongoing storytelling opportunities, supporting sales team/customer communications and acting as the Communications representative on the Food For Good leadership team.
Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,300 - $177,850 based on a full-time schedule.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, English, Communications, PR or related field preferred.
6+ years of PR/communications experience, including development of media materials, social media content (written and videos), 360 plans and executive key messages/speeches.
Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of the channel strategy development and audience segmentation and the application of both to drive high-impact 360 communications plans that deliver measurable results.
Deep understanding of measuring the impact of communications initiatives across paid, earned, shared and owned channels.
Ability to think out-of-the-box to approach projects on time and within budget.
Executive maturity and adept at building strong relationships and leading through influence with a wide range of business partners including internal executives, administrative support, contractors, agencies and non-profit partners.
Ability to learn, assess and translate complex information/data into compelling stories.
Ability to work in a highly matrixed global environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Excellent time management, organizational and project management skills.
Resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills (written & oral).
