Overview:
The Communications Manager is responsible for driving the execution of comprehensive internal and external communications priorities for the South Division of PBNA.
This includes cross-functional communications support for the Office of the President, HR, marketing, commercial sales and go-to-market operations, inclusive of the Division’s transformation agenda.
The Communications Manager will play a key role in implementing initiatives that drive the reputation and culture of the BU.
This person will also manage day-to-day PR activities, including the relationship with the supporting PR agency.
This role reports to the Senior Manager of Communications for PepsiCo Beverages North America, South Division.
The Communications manager will collaborate on initiatives with PBNA sector and Corporate global communications teams
Responsibilities:
Execute internal & external communication strategies in collaboration with manager, cross-functional teams, sector and corporate teams
Manage development of communications materials and help coordinate reviews and wiring to ensure alignment and increase visibility of South Division communications efforts
Support the execution of the South Division’s executive visibility strategy through content development, leadership briefings, and social media engagement
Manage measurement, monitoring, and recapping of key activations and ongoing communications and executive visibility efforts
Provide strategic counsel and support for cross-functional partners
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $165,150 based on a full-time schedule.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
5+ years of communications experience; internal and external experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English or an adjacent field
Excellent written communication skills
Comfort in using and learning a variety of content tools (Word, PPT, Contact Monkey, etc.
)
Comfort with design tools ideal
Self-starter
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to manage and juggle multiple workstreams; excellent time management skills
Comfort in navigating a matrixed organization
Comfort in forging connections
Proactive problem solver
