*Administrative Assistant – Westchester Based Engineering Firm * Engineering firm is seeking an administrative assistant for their White Plains office.
Direct reports are the firm’s Principal, Operations Coordinator and Office Manager, but candidate will be expected to assist other members of the leadership team on an as needed basis.
Good communication and organizational skills are essential.
Ideal candidates will have a proactive, can-do attitude and will be attentive to the team’s needs.
Duties include the following: · Answering the phone · Managing accounts receivable / arrears · Ordering office supplies · Coordination of staff meetings · Maintenance of firm CRM · Administrative tasks for strategic planning activities · Assisting Principal with business development and marketing activities Qualifications: · Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office · Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette · Great organizational skills · Graphics, social media skills a plus Experience: * Entry level – 3 years Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
