Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team: Identify potential strategic broker collaborators.
Engage in sales activities targeting customers within the 50 to 5,000 employee range through broker partnerships.
Take responsibility for prospects from the presale phase through implementation.
Offer essential broker support to facilitate successful product suite education and implementation, including engaging with broker partner teams and conducting educational meetings to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product.
Cultivate and managing key internal relationships.
Recognize customer needs and delivering value-added consultations.
Project a positive product image in the marketplace.
Acknowledge the significance of Wellness and its pivotal role in the employee benefits sector.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience State Health Insurance License or the capability to acquire one within three months of start date 2+ years experience in a sales role related to employer group benefits or a relevant industry Exceptional public speaking abilities, including the skill to present effectively to business decision-makers, brokers, and employees, influencing outcomes positively Outstanding presentation skills, both in person and in virtual settings; familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Salesforce Demonstrated history of success in new business sales Robust network connections with group health insurance brokers and consultants This position may require up to 20% travel Pay Range: $65,000 Annually (Base Salary and Variable Commission for $150k total compensation) Ready to make your mark?
