RESPONSIBILITIES FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER: Assist customers with inquiries related to a company's products and services Customer service sales associates maintain adequate company and product knowledge to provide proficient service Represent our company in a professional manner when working with businesses Thinking outside the box and finding new ways to address our customer’s issues and needs Providing a pleasant and fun customer experience QUALIFICATIONS: Prior customer service experience is preferred Willingness to train and learn Communication skills A “can-do” attitude Our company culture is fun, dynamic, and productive.
