*Responsibilities:* * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers * Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide product information.
* Utilize technical sales knowledge to recommend products and solutions that meet customer needs * Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance the shopping environment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends *Requirements* * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous customer service experience in a retail setting preferred.
* Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
* Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base * Ability to effectively handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy * Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Experience in technical sales or electronics sales is preferred * Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or customer-facing roles.
* Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
