Job Summary:
The Marketing Automation Specialist manages the Marketing Automation platform and fully leverages its capabilities.
Working closely with the marketing team, this role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through our CRM.
The individual in this role will have a strong applied foundation in Marketing Automation and will be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of Digital Marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is technical, organized, results-driven, with strong attention to detail and a passion for digital applications.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Fortify and manage the Marketing Automation function through our Marketing CRM.
Create, monitor, and analyze a wide variety of Email Marketing campaigns including nurture campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing Team to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, with proper segmentation to maximize engagement.
Maintain knowledge base and deliver recommendations for email marketing best practices through coding, design, and testing of email campaigns.
Ensure the design and layout of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly.
Perform Quality Assurance testing.
Manage unsubscribe and opt out emails.
Secure and organize email databases for future campaigns.
Create and implement a reporting framework for our email programs that generate data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Establish and execute an A/B testing program for improving email KPIs.
Monitor and maintain email deliverability, and domain/IP health.
Maintain email calendar for communicating campaign launches.
Build and manage lead upload and lead routing process.
Design and implement lead scoring.
Create effective workflows.
Aid in additional ad hoc digital marketing efforts as needed.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience working with marketing automation and email marketing tools (ie Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo).
Excellent analytical, organizational & troubleshooting skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams, and be a team player.
Proven record of excellence in solving complex problems.
Strong attention to detail.
Highly organized and self-motivated to drive results with a sense of urgency.
Skilled in organizing and prioritizing competing demands.
The expected salary is $65,000-70,000 per year.
The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law.
