We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales/project management team, maintain robust client communication, and ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a small, dedicated team of sales and project management professionals to achieve sales targets and provide top-notch customer service.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance our market presence and meet revenue goals.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering enduring partnerships.
Oversee projects from initiation to completion, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, quality, and timely delivery.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting, networking, and staying updated on industry trends.
Effectively convey the unique value propositions of our company to potential clients.
Leverage CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to meticulously track leads, manage pipelines, and derive actionable insights to enhance sales performance.
Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and ongoing training to the sales/project management team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record of successful sales management, preferably within the stone fabrication or related industry.
A strong grasp of stone and tile materials, fabrication processes, and industry trends is a distinct advantage.
Highly organized with exceptional project management skills to oversee multiple client projects from initiation to successful conclusion.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to efficiently manage leads, monitor sales activities, and analyze data.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of strong client relationships.
A strategic mindset with the ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
Demonstrated leadership acumen and experience in managing and motivating diverse sales teams.
Results-driven with a proven ability to consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
