Who We Are
We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport’s growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

The Role
This is an 8-week program from June 10th through August 1st.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM EST
Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the Westchester Office and at the Times Square office as needed.
Hourly rate: $17.

Key responsibilities pertain to working with USTA Foundation and Marketing teams to create and implement a multi-channel year-long solicitation plan.
Responsibilities & Projects:
Research ways to combine traditional solicitation with new insights and strategy implementation
Build a year-long project timeline
Incorporate traditional mail, and email solicitations and explore the use of social media
Support the development team in research grant and corporate funding opportunities
Research the top 20 schools of the tennis program and find potential prospects through the alumni list
Assist USTAF Creative in coordinating sales, sheets, collateral, etc.
for USTAF events and marketing materials
Heavily focused on writing solicitations and drafting content for marketing materials
Who You Are
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent writing skills, heavily fou
Social media and marketing skills are a plus
Project management skills
Attention to detail
Curiosity about data analytics, research, and sales platforms is a plus
Proven understanding of Google Workspace (G-Suite), and Microsoft Excel
Experience with developing presentation decks (i.
e.
PowerPoint/or Google Slides)
Capable of working independently and in a collaborative business environment
