We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our Advisory Department in our Carlsbad office.
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service.

Qualifications:
6+ years overall sales experience with at least two years selling technology solutions in CRM, ERP, BI, or associated software and services to mid-market manufacturing businesses including solutions from:
Salesforce
Oracle NetSuite
Microsoft
Other ERP, CRM, BI
Preferred experience selling to manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and/or health and life sciences organizations
Positive, professional, and effective interpersonal skills
Self-motivated to work hard, stay focused, and prospect new leads, turn those leads into opportunities, and create new opportunities within existing client accounts
Ability to work effectively with consultants and project managers to develop customized proposals for software and service solutions
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal associates, partners, and client representatives
Ability to accurately forecast and maintain own pipeline
Driven to exceed quota
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exhibits professionalism, integrity, and courtesy at all times
Relevant professional certifications and accreditation considered a plus
Experience in one-or-more value-based sales disciplines a plus
Requirements:
Must be proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote
Familiarity with CRM systems with a preference for Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Bachelors degree preferred
Ability to travel up to 30%
Commuting distance to FMT headquarters in Carlsbad preferred but not required
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
