*THE ROLE*
Our direct sales team seeks a bright, motivated, and driven individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our growing small business financing sales organization who can identify and engage with potential clients.
In the role of Sales Account Executive, the new member would serve as an integral part of our sales team and would make an immediate impact.
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for identifying and contacting sales prospects, with the goal of driving revenue-producing clients into our Direct Sales Team’s pipeline.
This individual would be responsible for responding to inbound requests, and outbound calls to prospective clients, qualifying potential opportunities, and obtaining preliminary financing application documents from clients.
This role would be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our client base.
Success in this role requires entrepreneurial instincts, superb communication skills, and a “get it done” mindset.
This role requires a substantial amount of communication via phone, email, and Slack.
*WHAT YOU'LL DO:*
● Work directly with small business owners by building strong client relationships.
Learn about their financing needs, qualify them for our program, and assist them with the application process.
● Manage a pipeline of inbound requests for financing and help convert them to become Yardline customers.
● Collaborate across the Yardline organization (internal sales team, external sales teams, risk, and operations) to close more deals.
● Identify new sales opportunities
● Provide professional customer support as needed
● Prepare and present reports on KPIs.
*WHAT WE LOOK FOR:*
● Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience
● Experience in small business financing and/or eCommerce/Amazon marketplace is a plus
● Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas, a goal-oriented individual.
● A team player, a quick thinker, and a fast learner
● Proven ability to manage multiple prospects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
